A WILD WEDDING IN NATURAL GREENS AND GARDEN BLOOMS...

Theme

A natural bohemian wedding featuring plenty of greenery in a range of shades from silver to deep, plus soft round blooms in white and creme. Bits of blush and burgundy round out the color and dried golden elements like grasses and ferns add a unique flair and complexity to the color palette. Focus is on natural elements to compliment rustic materials of the space like warm woods, brick, metal and stone.

Setting

The setting is the striking minimalism and expansive space of Ember. White washed walls, eclectic antiques, 14 foot ceilings, warm wood and candlelight contrast with exposed brick, metal and concrete.

Floral Pieces & Decor

This wedding is all about natural textures of greenery from sage to deep to burgundy, softened by abundant garden blooms in round, soft delicate shapes like California Garden roses or Ranunculus, and more unique textures like Blushing Bride Protea and local Dahlia. Lacier elements like Tweedia and trailing Jasmine create dimension. Blueberries and snowberry (in white) add texture and interest to greenery tablescapes and garlands. Branches are an important shape here, recalling your love of trees and lending well to the clean architectural lines of the space.

Wedding party flowers, and especially your bouquet will feature things like Blushing Bride Protea, local Dahlia, California Garden Roses in blush (Distant Drums), creme, white and cappucino. Floating bits of Chocolate Cosmos and locally grown Japanese Anemone add delicate hints of burgundy and blush. Puffs of Clematis and golden dried grasses and fern add complexity to the color and a bit of texture.
